Due to the cultural heritage, history, very pleasant surroundings, the Mediterranean coast is a destination for millions. Due to the climate on the coast and the long season from March – November the opportunity for good business are justified with the possibility of using such properties as long as possible. Also, Mediterranean countries and seaside resorts are changing their products and there are more and more fine hotels with meeting and congress facilities which is adding to the value of tourism and which is in turn leading to better possible results, better occupancy.
