Directors of Board Welcome We are pleased to welcome you to TMC Hotels & Resorts, the established hotel management company in Croatia. The day we were proposed to start operating with TMC we were thrilled by the ambition and the motivation of the TMC co-founders. Driven by our long years of personal experience in the tourism business in Croatia and around the World, together with the extensive professional knowledge in the hotel and tourism industry of our TMC partners we were surprised by the enthusiasm we felt when considering this new challenge. Today our main goal is to share this motivation and business risk with hotel owners and investors willing to achieve sustainable results and increase returns for shareholders and owners through TMC.
